Had work done by All Prep Painting. They did an excelent job. Extremely neat and very professional. Rich is a good guy and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend his company.

This company put us a vinyl fence in the front of out house. As the fences was being put up I expressed concerns because it had a choppy look to it. Craig the owner told me they would take care of it but the crew left in a rush. Had them back and they corrected some of the problem. Large gaps under the fence and Craig told me to throw grass send and topsoil under it. The gate was not hung properly and is difficult to open and shut. Spoke with Craig again and he told me that’s the way it is and basically tough because if he send out the crew again it would cost him money. Executive took the money and ran. Very unhappy with the service provided and would not recommend them.

I have had an inground swimming pool for 8 years. My service has been ok. Opening and closing the pool would get done but never on time and many phone calls had to be made. There was a huge lack of communication. Last fall I switched to BONSAL pool and spa. I could not be more pleased with there service. They showed up to close in on the day they said they would be there. This spring I needed a new liner. We scheduled an install date, not only were they there that day but, I received emails and commuication daily on the process. I have also had a problem with water settling in one corner of the pool after it rains and for the first time in 8 years they had a suggestion to resolve the problem that made sense. They are timely, responsible, friendly, knowledgeable, I can not say enough about the service I have received. I highly recommend BONSAL to anyone with a pool.

I recently hired DP General Cleaning Landscaping and Fencing based in Gainesville, Georgia to do some tree removal and tree trimming on my property in Auburn, Georgia. They did an amazing job! Their excellent crew was on the job the morning after I requested and approved an estimate from Daniel. They worked in a light rain, and at one point, a heavier rain to complete the job. I highly recommend this company, am 100% satisfied, and will hire them again for stump removal and additional yard cleaning. You will be completely satisfied with this company!!

Joe, owner of J. Badis Electric LLC was hired to hang a fan/light fixture in our den. He responded to our request immediately and was here to do the job the same day. He was very professional and did an excellent job which turned out to be not such an easy task. Our house was built in 1926 and was not equipped to simply hang the fixture. He had to put a box in the ceiling and Joe did the job with expertise. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quick response and get the job done.

I tried your people twice – twice, I can’t believe you can stay in business.
The handy man for $70.00 was unable to do the job, I had to get someone else.
The gutter man made the biggest mess I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!! He ask for the money up front, and
did a Horrible job! charged $250.00, I have to have it redone, a REAL gutter person said the joints
leak because he installed them up side down. He put the drain running along the pavement, dumping
a big pile of mud there. Customer service ask me to fax them the info and photos, i did and never
heard a word from them. gutter sticks out about 5 feet from the house.

ARC Window Cleaning was referred to me by Service Magic. The office responded promptly to my request for a bid, and was able to offer me a cancellation the next day. The two men arrived at our home on time. The job was outstanding. I would definitely use ARC Window Cleaning again and plan to keep their number handy

I went through service magic’s website looking for a professional painter. Instead I got TRS painters and this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered with people who are suppose to be professionals. They called to set up an appointment to look at the small bathroom that I wanted painted. They stated they could do the job with no problem. They gave me a quote. I decided to choose TRS after several other contracters came to look at the bathroom. BIG MISTAKE! They were two hours late for the appointment that they made. The paint job was so sloppy, it looked like a 1st grader painted it. I was and still am very displeased with this company. Jerry and Rodney were the painters. If you ever come across TRS services, to save yourself a headache DON’T HIRE THEM.

I recently had Mike Gallagher, of Gallagher plumbing Hatboro, Pa, repair a plumbing problem. Mike responded prompltly and returned all calls and answered all questions, unlike other local plumbers. The problem has been repaired to our satisfaction. Mike and his associate were both professional and experienced. We would definitely call Mike again.

I had a bad experience with Maid in Virginia’s service. The first time they came to clean was very good. After that it went down hill but not terrible until the last time I was using them. They knew from the beginning I was selling the house and moving. The cleaning the day before the final walk through was a horrible experience. They sent a person that had no idea what she was doing. The furniture was gone and they she didn’t need to do the carpets since I had people coming that afternoon to do them. She cleaned the racks in my closet and nothing else that I could see. I started cleaning and her supervisor came and cleaned. Then after being on a $90/cleaning they tried to charge me $40/hr for 5 hours. It only took 3 1/2 with the firsst person who had furniture and carpets to do. The owner decided to charge me $125 …for what???no furniture no carpets. We settled on $90 and I still feel I overpaid.

Interstate Locksmith, Inc hired via Service Magic to fix jammed lock on entry door from garage. Roland Brown, locksmith, determined that the problem was the latch which he could not match with the same antique brass. He replaced doorknob and latch with a Schlage brass unit which did not include the top deadlock which I bought today for $30.00. We were charged $150 for the doorknob unit. Service call was $49 and just opening the door was an additional $39. My complaint is that we were grossly overcharged for the doorknob and attached latch. At the most the unit would sell for less than half that price. Even with additional deadbolt as an additional lock, it would be overpriced! I believe we should receive a refund of at least $70.00. I will not do business again with this company. Seniors, beware of Interstate Locksmith, Inc.

I made the big mistake of giving the company a good rating before I checked the prices of the hardware! Let the buyer beware!

Anthony Dotsie Construction remodeled our bathroom with a custom shower and heated tile flooring. It is beautiful. We were always kept informed and the work was completed in a timely manner. Another great thing is Tony got the materials from our local community businesses.
